How do you re-ignite a brand? This is the marketing challenge IMS tackled with Pine Mountain® firelogs, a brand of Jarden Corp. As consumers across the country prepared for cooler weather, Pine Mountain wanted a program to heat up sales.
 
The IMS goal was to position Pine Mountain firelogs as the kindling for those warm moments at home with friends and family. “More warmth. More time. More life.”™ became the brand’s mantra, supported by a fully integrated marketing campaign.

IMS recruited Mary LoVerde — an internationally recognized expert in life balance strategies and a best-selling author — to help introduce the national campaign that featured advertising, consumer promotions and public relations.
 
Since the program launch, Pine Mountain has seen a significant sales increase. The growth can be attributed to the integrated marketing plan, which includes: national consumer promotion, media relations, and national FSI.
